Shipping policy

A flat shipping rate of $100 USD applies to each CocoSlim table. An additional $20 USD applies for every set of two Coco Fold Chairs or Coco Stool included with the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Orders are currently expected to be delivered in 4-5 weeks. Deliveries to remote locations may require an additional 7–10 days. Customers in extremely remote locations should contact us before ordering to confirm whether delivery is available.

Delivery is provided to the doorstep or first accessible entrance only. For apartments and condominiums, delivery may be made to the building entrance or designated loading area. Inside-home delivery, stair carry and room placement are not currently available. As the order includes large, heavy cartons, customers should arrange appropriate assistance or a dolly to move the items inside.

Detailed delivery information and order updates will be communicated by email.
